General questions

You do not need an account to browse the website, or to view the videos on the collaboration page. However you will need to create an account to be able to view the videos on the Education page, attend or watch events and purchse the modules and consulting information on the consulting page.

Creating videos and podcasts is a very simple process. From the camera or voice memo application that is already on your phone, simply record, save and email to admin@orthomasterminds.com. Be sure to include your name, office and topic title in the email so that we can post your submission onto the site as quickly as possible.

Once you have submitted a video or podcast to be on the collaboration portal of OrthoMasterminds our team will verify the content and post it to the site. This could take a few days to complete, and if there is a problem with the submission we will be in touch with you.

A doctor account is a master account that allows for an office to have one single billing account with multiple staff accounts created within a single doctor account. This is a very efficient way to provide your entire staff with the training and development they need and require. The doctor account has the ability view all staff accounts and their progress in education.

When you register for a doctor account you can purchase the annual subscription, or if you do not subscribe at the time you create the account you can subscribe later in your account dashboard under settings and then subscribe or renew.

If you have created an individual account and would like to update this account to either a Doctor account or a Staff account simply email admin@orthomasterminds.com and we will be happy to assist you in making this change.

OrthoMasterminds is compatible will all major browse types. Including IE 11 and above, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iOS and Android.

In the Dashboard of the Doctor account there is a "Manage Staff" section. From there you can add, delete or modify staff member accounts as well as view each staff members progress of educational videos watched and time spent watching.

With an individual account, after you complete the purchase of an educational video that offers CE credits you will receive a download in the "My Orders" section of your account dashboard. In your order you will receive both the traning video and a document that has the link to obtain your CE credit once you are complete with the training. 

With a Doctor or Staff account you will find the video and the document for obtaining your CE credit in the "Manage History" section of your account dashboard. 

Follow the link provided in the document to take a short 10 question quiz on the content within the training video to obtain your CE credits. You must pass the quiz by answering 8 or more of the 10 questions correctly.

You can purchase a subscription when you register your doctor account, or after you register you doctor account from your Account Dashboard under "Settings".

The subscription allows you to create staff accounts for all of your staff members to be able to have access to all of the Educational Videos and all of the Live and Past events for one annual fee.

The subscription is a one time annual fee to have unlimited access to the Educational and Events pages. Virtual Consulting modules are purchased separately.
